Screen printing is the most reliable option when you need consistent results across larger quantities. At Brands and Logos, we use screen printing for projects where durability, color accuracy, and repeatability matter most.
This method is best suited for: Workwear and crew apparel, Team uniforms, Event shirt, Large promotional run
Screen printing is recommended for orders of 50 pieces or more.
For smaller quantities, we’ll recommend DTF printing to avoid unnecessary setup costs and delays.
We’ve produced screen-printed apparel for organizations such as Oregon State Athletics, US Market, and Space Age Fuels, delivering long-lasting prints designed for real-world wear, not just first impressions.

Professional Embroidery Services for Oregon Businesses

At Brands and Logos, embroidery projects are handled in-house to ensure consistent stitch quality, proper placement, and long-term wear.
Embroidery minimum: 16 pieces
This allows us to properly digitize, test, and produce your design without compromising quality.
Smaller runs are possible, but they require additional setup and production time, which results in higher per-piece costs. When applicable, we’ll walk you through whether a smaller embroidery run makes sense or if another method would be more efficient.

Digital Printing for Small Runs, Detailed Designs, and Fast Turnarounds
Digital printing is the right solution when you need flexibility without sacrificing quality. We use DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for projects that don’t meet traditional screen printing minimums or require detailed artwork.
This option is best for: Small batch orders, Highly detailed designs, Short turnaround timelines
For orders under 50 pieces, digital printing allows us to deliver clean, vibrant results without the setup costs associated with screen printing.
